The successful candidate joining the Aspen Pharmaceutical Sales Learnership 2024 intake will have an opportunity to develop knowledge on how to deliver results on high business demands. The learnership runs for 12 months and is aimed at providing the learner a strong foundation that is key to a successful career in their chosen field.
Who should apply?
Candidates must be able to satisfy the following minimum qualifications to apply:
- Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in any of the following:
- Physiology
- Anatomy
- Pathophysiology
- And/or treatment options for particular conditions
- Completed Grade 12
- Owns a valid driver’s license
- Passionate and energetic working with people
- Proactive and able to work effectively with multifaceted scenarios
- Eager to learn and committed to excellence
What is the selection process?
The selection of candidates will be based on Aspen’s Employment Equity policies. Candidates who make it to the shortlist will go through an assessment. Moreover, Aspen bursary recipients may be given priority.
