SALARY: R125,373 – R145,077 per annum (Level 02) + Benefits
LOCATION: Masakhane Provincial Laundry
REQUIREMENTS:
- NQF Level 2 or Grade 10 equivalent.
- Food service experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Priority for EPWP/Interns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team under stressful conditions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
- Commitment to workplace diversity and equity, emphasizing race, gender, and disability.
DUTIES:
- Prepare normal and therapeutic diets following standardized recipes.
- Portion meals according to the ration scale and prescription.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety measures based on HACCP rules and OHS standards.
- Handle heavy food service equipment.
- Take responsibility for allocated resources.
- Provide coverage in various areas of the Cook Freeze factory when needed.
- Openness to continuous training and development programs.
